responsibilities•Manage a small hotel for ownership Oversee the Housekeeping, Front Desk, Engineering and F&B teams••Schedule staff according to occupancy levels, consistent with budget and forecast targets•Cover front desk duties•Train, develop, and motivate staff to meet and exceed established service standards•Hire, promote and terminate staff•Live on site, and be emergency contact for any property issues after hours•Review monthly financial reports, researching and addressing significant variances to budget and forecast•Proactively control labor and material costs, ensuring profitable operation•Interface with all departments to ensure guest needs are met•Handle special requests & complaints•Deposit revenue with appropriate paperwork in accordance with accounting procedures•Monitor guest reviews and responses•Inspect guest rooms on a regular basis•Coordinate all Rooms and F&B inventory and purchase in conjunction with •Establish and coordinate guest rooms maintenance •Comply with all company safety and health policies and proceduresJob descriptionHotel Faller is a Historic hotel in the heart of the Black Forest. The ideal individual will have strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. This is an onsite position in Black Forest managing a 25 guestroom hotel with a restaurant.
