Who can you beYou are the soul of our Charly location in Lübeck - you make sure that our guests will never forget their stay.
- Ensure an optimal guest experience through outstanding on-site service and presence in harmony with our Charly spirit - you’re the go-to person for our guests
- Define and lead the improvement and implementation of operative processes at our hotel to create the best possible Charly experience
- Help the rest of the team to handle our digital guest communication
- Maintain the top notch quality of our on-site operations and make sure that all facilities are always in the best possible condition
- You’re the soul of the hotel, having an eye on every detail and making sure that the location is running smoothly
- Help us building processes that can also be adapted for other properties and have an impact on Charly’s future

Who are you
- A true Charly soon to be crew member: an open-minded and passionate soul, who can’t wait to tackle the next challenges and get things going
- Any kind of educational training/experience in the sector of tourism, hospitality or similar is a plus
- Customer first mindset with an independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Hands-on mentality and always responding charmingly to guest needs
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and keep an overview in a fast paced work environment
- Business fluent command of German and English, other languages would be great
